Season Finale Schedule (All Dates Mandatory)
There will be two season finale shows featuring a mix of class levels. The list of classes performing in each show will be included in the Season Finale Handbook distributed in December.
Final In-Studio Rehearsals: Jun 1–5, 2027, during regular class time
Tech Rehearsals (Avon HS PAC): Sun, June 6 (~9:00 AM–8:00 PM) & Mon, June 7 (~4:30 PM–8:30 PM). Each class will have stage time during these timeframes. Please block your calendars.
Dress Rehearsals (Avon HS PAC, ~4:30 - 9:00 PM): Show 1 Dress – Tue, June 8 | Show 2 Dress – Wed, June 9
Season Finale Shows (Avon HS PAC, dancer call time ~5:00 PM): Show 1 – Thu, June 10 | Show 2 – Fri, June 11
Registration Fees
$45 for one dancer; $65 per family (2+ dancers). Charged upon enrollment. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Covers summer session camps, classes, and workshops.
Monthly Tuition
Tuition reflects the full 9.5-month season, not the number of classes held in each month — some months include five classes and others fewer due to holidays, but monthly tuition stays the same. This program-based structure supports consistent staffing and programming, and makeup classes are available whenever a class falls on a holiday or break.

Tuition Discount Programs
Ballet Bundles (Ballet Levels 4 through 7)
Additional ballet technique class offerings are available as "Ballet Bundles" for dancers in ballet levels 4 through 6 to make ballet more accessible and encourage students to deepen their training in this foundational style. Ballet Bundles do not count toward the Technique Class or Family Discounts.
- Ballet 7 (1.25 hr) + Ballet 7 Technique (1.5 hr): $190/mo (Regular $220)
- Ballet 6 (1.5 hr) + Ballet 5 & 6 Technique (1.25 hr): $190/mo (Regular $220)
- Ballet 5 (1 hr) + Ballet 5 & 6 Technique (1.25 hr): $165/mo (Regular $195)
- Ballet 4 Monday (1 hr) + Ballet 4 Tuesday (.75 hr): $165/mo (Regular $195)
Ballet 4 students may take both Ballet 4 classes to enhance their technique. They may perform with one or both classes in the season finale. Please email billing@thedancecentrecle.com to let us know so billing can be adjusted.
Technique Class Discount
We encourage technique classes which are the foundation of a dancer's skill set. Applies to Acro, Ballet (including pre-pointe and pointe), Dance Team Skills, PBT (progressing ballet technique), and JLT (jumps, leaps, turns). After the first technique class, each additional technique class is discounted starting with the class with the highest tuition first. Ballet Bundle classes are excluded from this discount.
2nd class – 10% off | 3rd class – 20% off | 4th class – 30% off | 5th class – 40% off | 6th class – 50% off
Multi-Student (Family) Discount
Families with 3 dancers get 25% off the dancer with the lowest total tuition; families with 4 dancers get 25% off the two dancers with the lowest total tuition. Ballet Bundle, Technique Class Discount Programs, and Work Study cannot be combined with the Multiple Student Discount.
Work Study
Students who assist with a weekly class from September through June receive a $565 monthly tuition cap — tuition beyond that amount is waived regardless of the number of classes taken. Costume deposits, select rehearsals, workshops, and intensives are not included in the cap. Cannot be combined with the Technique Class or Multi-Student Discount.
Parent Portal & Communication
The Parent Portal is used for registration, schedules, balances, attendance, and absence submissions — keep your login handy. Keep contact information, payment details, and (for returning students) grade level current; Jackrabbit does not auto-update grade levels. Email, texts and the TDC app are TDC's primary communication method.
Billing Cycle & Charges
- September billing: Prorated 50%. Statements go out the week of August 24; tuition and costume deposits are charged September 1 using your preferred payment method. Tuition is still due for September even if a class is dropped before September 1, since the spot was already reserved. Full refunds/credits apply only if TDC cancels a class.
- Ongoing billing: 9 monthly cycles run September 2026–June 2027, with the month's tuition charged on the first business day of that month regardless of how many class weeks fall within it.
- May and June tuition: Combined and due Monday, May 3, 2027 — balances must be paid in full for costumes to be released. June tuition is prorated 50% for non-performance classes but not prorated for performance classes.
Declined Payments & Late Fees
- A $25 NSF fee applies to any declined payment, regardless of amount.
- A 7-day grace period applies to rectify payment before late fees begin (NSF fee still applies).
- If unpaid after day 8, a $15 per week late fee applies until paid.
- An unpaid balance for one month or longer results in the student being unable to attend class.
Class Enrollment & Drop Policies
Drop window: October 1, 2026 – January 23, 2027.
Notice requirement: Email written notice to billing@thedancecentrecle.com at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle (charged the 1st business day of each month).
Non-attendance: Simply stopping attendance does not stop billing — written notice is required.
Second Semester Class Drops: Classes may still be dropped through January 23, 2027. Starting February 1, 2027, the remaining season tuition balance for a class is owed monthly through June regardless of attendance.
Costume Policy
Each costume carries a $100 deposit, billed as $25/month from September–December 2026 ($100 total per single-costume class). Deposits are refundable only if the class is dropped and TDC receives written notice by December 19, 2026. No refunds after that date.
If the final cost of a costume differs from the deposits collected, the family's account will be credited or debited for the difference during the May/June 2027 billing cycle.
Technique-Only Classes (No Costume — No Season Finale Performance)
Acro: PreK Acro 1 & 2, Beginner Acro, Advanced Beginner Acro, and Intermediate Acro (Advanced Acro performs in Finale)
Ballet: Ballet 5/6 Technique Tuesday, Ballet 7 Technique Monday, Pre-Pointe/Pointe 1, Progressing Ballet Technique class
Dance Team Skills & JLT: Dance Team Skills Int/Adv, JLT 3, 4, 5 & 6
Season Finale Participation Package
Billed with February 2027 fees (charged February 1). $130 per family for one dancer; $30 for each additional dancer. Includes:
- Access to all professional digital photography and videography
- Commemorative Season Finale show t-shirt
- Personalized good-luck message in the digital program
- Printed commemorative show program/yearbook
- Two free tickets to the show your dancer isn't performing in
- High-resolution digital class/group photo from Picture Days for each routine performed
Attendance, Absences & Makeups
Log absences in the Parent Portal or TDC app by 3:30 PM on the day of the absence. Missed classes may be made up within 4 weeks of the missed class in an equivalent or lower level class (scheduling required via email to info@thedancecentrecle.com).
Note: Season Finale performers may miss no more than 4 classes during the second semester (Jan 4–June 5, 2027).
Dress Code Requirements
Proper attire, footwear, and hairstyle are required for every class for training and safety reasons. Jewelry, cell phones, and watches are not permitted in class. Buy shoes that fit now — don't size up for room to grow.
Recommended dancewear store: Footsteps Dancewear, 24048 Lorain Road, North Olmsted. Free shoe exchange is also available at TDC upon request!
Parking, Pick-Up & Drop-Off (1249 Smith Court)
Park only in designated spots; don't block entrances or the driveway. Overflow parking is available weekdays 5–10 PM and weekends at the Stoneridge Building (20006 Detroit Rd). Do not park at the building directly across from TDC — unauthorized vehicles there are towed. Wait with your child inside the building; all students wait inside for their ride regardless of age.
Studio Conduct & Recording Policy
To protect dancer and staff privacy, photography, video, and audio recording — including via apps like TikTok, Instagram, or Snapchat — is strictly prohibited in dressing rooms, restrooms, and private studio spaces. Respectful behavior is required at all times.

Season Finale Participation Package
Billed with February 2027 fees (charged February 1). $130 per family for one dancer; $30 for each additional dancer. Includes:

Attendance, Absences & Makeups
Log absences in the Parent Portal or TDC app by 3:30 PM on the day of the absence. Missed classes may be made up within 4 weeks of the missed class in an equivalent or lower level class (scheduling required via email to info@thedancecentrecle.com).
Note: Season Finale performers may miss no more than 4 classes during the second semester (Jan 4–June 5, 2027).
Dress Code Requirements
Proper attire, footwear, and hairstyle are required for every class for training and safety reasons. Jewelry, cell phones, and watches are not permitted in class. Buy shoes that fit now — don't size up for room to grow.
Recommended dancewear store: Footsteps Dancewear, 24048 Lorain Road, North Olmsted. Free shoe exchange is also available at TDC upon request!
Parking, Pick-Up & Drop-Off (1249 Smith Court)
Park only in designated spots; don't block entrances or the driveway. Overflow parking is available weekdays 5–10 PM and weekends at the Stoneridge Building (20006 Detroit Rd). Do not park at the building directly across from TDC — unauthorized vehicles there are towed. Wait with your child inside the building; all students wait inside for their ride regardless of age.
Studio Conduct & Recording Policy
To protect dancer and staff privacy, photography, video, and audio recording — including via apps like TikTok, Instagram, or Snapchat — is strictly prohibited in dressing rooms, restrooms, and private studio spaces. Respectful behavior is required at all times.

Season Finale Schedule (All Dates Mandatory)
There will be two season finale shows featuring a mix of class levels. The list of classes performing in each show will be included in the Season Finale Handbook distributed in December.
Final In-Studio Rehearsals: Jun 1–5, 2027, during regular class time
Tech Rehearsals (Avon HS PAC): Sun, June 6 (~9:00 AM–8:00 PM) & Mon, June 7 (~4:30 PM–8:30 PM). Each class will have stage time during these timeframes. Please block your calendars.
Dress Rehearsals (Avon HS PAC, ~4:30 - 9:00 PM): Show 1 Dress – Tue, June 8 | Show 2 Dress – Wed, June 9
Season Finale Shows (Avon HS PAC, dancer call time ~5:00 PM): Show 1 – Thu, June 10 | Show 2 – Fri, June 11
Registration Fees
$45 for one dancer; $65 per family (2+ dancers). Charged upon enrollment. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Covers summer session camps, classes, and workshops.
Monthly Tuition
Tuition reflects the full 9.5-month season, not the number of classes held in each month — some months include five classes and others fewer due to holidays, but monthly tuition stays the same. This program-based structure supports consistent staffing and programming, and makeup classes are available whenever a class falls on a holiday or break.

Tuition Discount Programs
Ballet Bundles (Ballet Levels 4 through 7)
Additional ballet technique class offerings are available as "Ballet Bundles" for dancers in ballet levels 4 through 6 to make ballet more accessible and encourage students to deepen their training in this foundational style. Ballet Bundles do not count toward the Technique Class or Family Discounts.
- Ballet 7 (1.25 hr) + Ballet 7 Technique (1.5 hr): $190/mo (Regular $220)
- Ballet 6 (1.5 hr) + Ballet 5 & 6 Technique (1.25 hr): $190/mo (Regular $220)
- Ballet 5 (1 hr) + Ballet 5 & 6 Technique (1.25 hr): $165/mo (Regular $195)
- Ballet 4 Monday (1 hr) + Ballet 4 Tuesday (.75 hr): $165/mo (Regular $195)
Ballet 4 students may take both Ballet 4 classes to enhance their technique. They may perform with one or both classes in the season finale. Please email billing@thedancecentrecle.com to let us know so billing can be adjusted.
Technique Class Discount
We encourage technique classes which are the foundation of a dancer's skill set. Applies to Acro, Ballet (including pre-pointe and pointe), Dance Team Skills, PBT (progressing ballet technique), and JLT (jumps, leaps, turns). After the first technique class, each additional technique class is discounted starting with the class with the highest tuition first. Ballet Bundle classes are excluded from this discount.
2nd class – 10% off | 3rd class – 20% off | 4th class – 30% off | 5th class – 40% off | 6th class – 50% off
Multi-Student (Family) Discount
Families with 3 dancers get 25% off the dancer with the lowest total tuition; families with 4 dancers get 25% off the two dancers with the lowest total tuition. Ballet Bundle, Technique Class Discount Programs, and Work Study cannot be combined with the Multiple Student Discount.
Work Study
Students who assist with a weekly class from September through June receive a $565 monthly tuition cap — tuition beyond that amount is waived regardless of the number of classes taken. Costume deposits, select rehearsals, workshops, and intensives are not included in the cap. Cannot be combined with the Technique Class or Multi-Student Discount.
Parent Portal & Communication
The Parent Portal is used for registration, schedules, balances, attendance, and absence submissions — keep your login handy. Keep contact information, payment details, and (for returning students) grade level current; Jackrabbit does not auto-update grade levels. Email, texts and the TDC app are TDC's primary communication method.
Billing Cycle & Charges
- September billing: Prorated 50%. Statements go out the week of August 24; tuition and costume deposits are charged September 1 using your preferred payment method. Tuition is still due for September even if a class is dropped before September 1, since the spot was already reserved. Full refunds/credits apply only if TDC cancels a class.
- Ongoing billing: 9 monthly cycles run September 2026–June 2027, with the month's tuition charged on the first business day of that month regardless of how many class weeks fall within it.
- May and June tuition: Combined and due Monday, May 3, 2027 — balances must be paid in full for costumes to be released. June tuition is prorated 50% for non-performance classes but not prorated for performance classes.
Declined Payments & Late Fees
- A $25 NSF fee applies to any declined payment, regardless of amount.
- A 7-day grace period applies to rectify payment before late fees begin (NSF fee still applies).
- If unpaid after day 8, a $15 per week late fee applies until paid.
- An unpaid balance for one month or longer results in the student being unable to attend class.
Class Enrollment & Drop Policies
Drop window: October 1, 2026 – January 23, 2027.
Notice requirement: Email written notice to billing@thedancecentrecle.com at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle (charged the 1st business day of each month).
Non-attendance: Simply stopping attendance does not stop billing — written notice is required.
Second Semester Class Drops: Classes may still be dropped through January 23, 2027. Starting February 1, 2027, the remaining season tuition balance for a class is owed monthly through June regardless of attendance.
Costume Policy
Each costume carries a $100 deposit, billed as $25/month from September–December 2026 ($100 total per single-costume class). Deposits are refundable only if the class is dropped and TDC receives written notice by December 19, 2026. No refunds after that date.
If the final cost of a costume differs from the deposits collected, the family's account will be credited or debited for the difference during the May/June 2027 billing cycle.
Technique-Only Classes (No Costume — No Season Finale Performance)
Acro: PreK Acro 1 & 2, Beginner Acro, Advanced Beginner Acro, and Intermediate Acro (Advanced Acro performs in Finale)

Minis Crew
Ages 6-8
Minis Crew is a non-competitive introduction to Club TDC for younger dancers ready for a bit more structure and performance experience. Dancers train in jazz or hip hop while building confidence, teamwork, and a love of performing in an age-appropriate, supportive environment.
Commercial Track
Ages 8-18
The Commercial Track is a competitive, performance-driven pathway focused on styles seen in live entertainment and popular media, including hip hop, jazz, tap, and select contemporary groups. This track is ideal for dancers who love high-energy choreography, teamwork, and dynamic performance opportunities.
Concert Track
Ages 7-18
The Concert Track is a non-competitive pathway centered on technique, artistry, and expressive movement through ballet and contemporary ensembles. Dancers deepen their technical training while exploring creativity, musicality, and meaningful performance experiences.
